The firm was founded on November 22nd, 2018, thanks to the association of masters in law Jorge Luis Méndez Herrera and Susana Patricia Barrios Lozada, both with more than 20 years of experience in different practice areas of Law, they bring together a highly qualified team and both constitutes as a Business Legal Consultancy, which has the necessary knowledge to face problems and find solutions, focusing on preventive schemes, which results in greater tranquility and more solid investments for our clients, which aims to reduce unnecessary expenses through the identification and classification of legal risks.

Susana Barrios
Partner
Graduated as a Lawyer, Notary and Actuary by the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, she has more than 20 years of experience as an official in the "Secretaría del Trabajo y Competitividad y la Junta de Conciliación y Arbitraje del Estado de Puebla."
She has a Master's degree in Constitutional Law and Legal Protection at the Universidad Iberoamericana.
He has completed various degrees in Finance, Administration, Business Strategy and Labor Law.
